The decorated Olympic gymnast reflected on six years of personal growth inside the gated Montgomery County estate, which secured a buyer in under a week and closed on October 15.
Simone Biles has finalized the sale of her suburban residence in Spring, Texas, concluding a six-year chapter that spanned the most transformative period of her historic gymnastics career.
The 3,998-square-foot home at 3932 Windsor Mist Lane closed on October 15, selling for between $1.08 million and $1.24 million, according to transaction records compiled by the Houston Association of Realtors. The sale concluded less than a month after the property entered the market on September 21 with a listing price of $1.275 million, which sat slightly above its $1.2 million appraised value by the Montgomery Central Appraisal District. Listing agent Melissa Franklin of Re/Max Integrity confirmed that the property went under contract on September 26, securing a qualified buyer just five days after going live.

Biles, 29, shared an unusually vulnerable reaction with her followers on TikTok as the house entered the market, weeping openly while confronting the reality of moving away. In the video, recorded in tears before the sale went under contract, the 11-time Olympic medalist expressed bewilderment at the depth of her sorrow.
"Today is the first day the house is going to be on the market," Biles said in the video. "Why the f— am I boohoo crying? F—. This house will be on the market for the first time, and I don't know why I'm boohoo crying."
The athlete explained that the four-bedroom house served as the primary backdrop for major milestones in her early adulthood. Although she acknowledged experiencing both difficult moments and fond memories within the walls, the personal growth she underwent during her six years in residence gave the home singular emotional significance.
"I feel like I grew up in this house," Biles said. "It's made me a real adult, so I'm gonna miss it. Ugh, I didn't think I'd be emotional about a house."
She concluded her message with a warm blessing for the prospective buyers. "Whoever buys this house, I hope it brings you as much joy as it did for me," she said.
Situated within the gated Castle Court section of Benders Landing Estates, the single-story brick-and-stone residence sits on an acre lot off Rayford Road. Built in 2019, the layout includes two primary bedroom suites, one featuring dual walk-in closets, along with 3.5 bathrooms, a dedicated study, and a home media theater.
The central living area features walls of sliding glass doors opening to a covered patio and a heated pool with an integrated water chiller. An open-concept kitchen incorporates custom cabinetry, quartz counters, a waterfall center island, a concealed walk-in pantry, and a refrigerated wine wall. Practical custom details include a mudroom with a built-in pet-washing and feeding station, while the three-car garage includes an oversized bay designed for taller vehicles or watercraft.
Biles addressed fan inquiries by clarifying that the Spring sale does not represent an exit from the Houston area. The property served as a comfortable temporary base while she and her husband, NFL safety Jonathan Owens, completed construction on a custom waterfront estate nearby.

The couple began planning their waterfront mansion in 2020 and broke ground in February 2022 after securing approvals from their homeowners association. That custom project reached completion in November 2025, enabling the pair to settle into their permanent Texas residence. Biles and Owens married in April 2023 after first meeting on the Raya dating application in 2020.
Biles is also adjusting her schedule to support Owens, who signed with the Indianapolis Colts after earlier stints with the Houston Texans, Green Bay Packers, and Chicago Bears. Biles announced plans to maintain a seasonal residence in Indianapolis during football season, while keeping Texas as her permanent home base. The move follows another local milestone earlier this year, when Biles launched Taste of Gold, her signature restaurant inside Houston's George Bush Intercontinental Airport.
