The Grammy winner shared celebratory portraits and family jewelry honoring her four children, as a representative confirmed the one-year-old child's full legal name shared with NFL player Stefon Diggs.

Cardi B introduced her youngest child to the public on Wednesday, sharing the first portraits of her one-year-old son, Grey Marsean Diggs, alongside NFL wide receiver Stefon Diggs.

The 34-year-old musician published a commemorative photo collection marking the boy's first birthday, formally disclosing his name and likeness after twelve months of strict privacy. A representative for the Grammy-winning rapper confirmed the child's full legal name to People following the release of the images.

The announcement offered audiences their initial view of the toddler, whom Cardi gave birth to on November 4, 2025. While both parents have documented their respective careers across music and professional sports, they had intentionally kept the infant away from public platforms throughout his infancy.

Wednesday's photo gallery featured several portraits showcasing Grey in contrasting settings and outfits. In one notable arrangement, the toddler appeared dressed in miniature teal scrubs, wearing a tiny stethoscope, wire-rimmed glasses, a surgical cap, and a white physician coat pinned with an identification badge displaying the title Grey, M.D. The setup stood beside an emblem paying tribute to the television drama Grey's Anatomy, reflecting a tongue-in-cheek reference to his initials and nickname.

Other images in the collection captured informal family moments. Grey rested on a bed wearing a green snapback cap paired with miniature diamond chains, while another slide showed Cardi leaning down to kiss his cheek as he sat dressed in a knit beanie and striped overalls.

Alongside the photo sequence, Cardi uploaded a video highlighting customized jewelry pieces honoring her household. The recording showed a collection of four tennis bracelets engraved with the names of all her children, including Wave, Kulture, Blossom, and Grey. She also displayed a custom diamond necklace created exclusively for her youngest boy.

In her accompanying written tribute, Cardi addressed the emotional backdrop surrounding her pregnancy and Grey's arrival. The rapper described carrying her fourth child through demanding professional deadlines, personal renegotiations, and intense public scrutiny.

Cardi wrote that it felt as though the boy had been at her side far longer than twelve months. She noted that carrying him through an uncertain and high-pressure period gave her additional strength to navigate daily challenges. She added that while she was nurturing him, his presence gave her life, giving a new meaning to what a gray day feels like. She concluded by writing that he illuminates every room with his smile, laughter, and precious spirit.

Stefon Diggs, 32, also acknowledged their son's milestone through his social media channels. The Washington Commanders receiver posted a candid photograph holding the toddler inside an athletic facility concourse, captioning the image with the affectionate Spanish nickname Gorditoooo.

Grey is the first child shared between Cardi and Diggs. The boy joins three older half-siblings from Cardi's former marriage to rapper Offset: eight-year-old daughter Kulture Kiari, five-year-old son Wave Set, and two-year-old daughter Blossom.

Cardi first revealed her pregnancy during a televised conversation with Gayle King on CBS Mornings in 2025, though she opted against providing regular updates or naming the child after his delivery. A week after his birth, she reflected online that starting over was challenging but worthwhile, noting that she welcomed both a new baby and a new creative chapter into her world. In December 2025, she took to a live broadcast to dismiss inaccurate speculation after observers mistakenly presumed that Liem, a fashion label owned by Diggs, was the infant's legal moniker. She also shared a rare holiday snapshot with all four children that month, joking about staging a family Christmas picture.

The choice to protect her son's privacy aligns with Cardi's broader approach to managing parenthood under relentless entertainment industry attention. In a conversation with Entertainment Tonight regarding her hair-care venture, Grow Good, she spoke candidly about building durable commercial enterprises designed to shield her children's financial futures beyond traditional recording royalties.

By presenting Grey on his first birthday, Cardi balanced public curiosity with maternal boundaries. The coordinated milestone served both as an intimate domestic celebration and a structured introduction, closing a year of speculation while firmly defining the youngster's place within her growing family.
